Civil Liability Insurance arising from Traffic accidents (Compulsory Vehicle Insurance) against Third Parties (Beema)
The law requires, pursuant to Decree Law No. 67 of 1976 regarding traffic, as stipulated in Article 6, that in order to license any motor vehicle or renew its license, insurance against civil liability arising from vehicle accidents must be valid for the duration of the license. The amounts required by law to be paid to third parties as a result of their driving the insured vehicle shall be compensated for the damage of death or bodily injuries that lead to total disability or permanent partial disability, compensation for the value of partial destruction, and compensation for the value of total economic or technical destruction.
